Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas
Auto purchase
My wife purchased a new honda last nite(3-26)They added over 4,ooo.oo worth of life ins.,gap ins.,tire ins.,etc.All we needed was the extended warranty.She signed all the paperwork but hasn't given them ins. card or bank acct. #.Can we go back and get them to cancel everything we don't need?MY WIFE just found out she has a non-malignant tumor in her uterus and is going to have an oper.,this has affected her temperment and decision making abilities. Probably not. Unless you can prove fraud in the inducement to sign, what she bought she bought. Being distracted isn't the same thing as being incompetent to contract.
