Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas
auto repair
I went in to a Chevrolet dealer service department to have warrant work done on my truck. The airbag light was on. I pick the truck and went home. Later that day when I going to pick my child up from school the sterling wheel comes off while turning the corner. I had to have the truck towed back to the shop. The tech forgot to put all the nuts back in. What kind of legal rights do I have.

Let's see - you didn't pay any money and you weren't injured. All you had was a little fright. Thank goodness nobody was hurt. As far a legal claims you have -0-. Watch those dealers from now on.
