Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas
auto repair damage
my car was flooded had at repair facility they gave estimate to fix worked with my insurance. Thier estimates were too high for repair. I decided to move car to another facility. Once thier put car on lift and notice that previous repair place improperly lifted vechicle and damage frame area causeing the front fender to push out. What can i do to get them to pay for the body repair that is now needed. thier was no previous damage to car.

Photograph the damage, get names and statement from current repair people and go to small claims if the first place doesn't pay to have it fixed; I wouldn't trust them to make the repairs.
