Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas
New Automobile contract
I just bought a new vehicle on 11/15/04 & wanted a particular item on the vehicle,& I was told it did not come that way, however I found out it does from a different dealer. I tried to return the vehicle on 11/17/04, & I was told I could not. I want to know if there is a 3 day back out policy on new vehicle contracts in the state of Texas to back out of that contract???? Thanks
