Automobile Dealerships
Is there anything I can do when a dealership knowingly sales a vehicle that has recalled tires and seatbelts and tells you they are not recalled, and then won't fix the problem in a timely manner when you request it?

If specific misrepresentations were made and there are witnesses to that, you may have a case of fraud, misrepresentation, or negligence.
