Automobile deposit
i bought a car from a independent used car dealer. i had a check from capital one but they werent a franchised dealer so capiatal 1 will not release the funds to them. they have a deposit of 7500 dollars but they will not fund the money back to me. what rights do i have

You bought the car. Now you'll have to get the financing, if Capital One won't do it.
