Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas
automobile purchase
I brought a 1992 Toyota camry had it for 44 days when the the engine blow out. I had not changed tha titles over. now the guy I brought the car from is saying that i have to pay to get my car fixed.

Unless the seller provided a warranty as to the engine that extended to 44 days, you own the car, and if you want it repaired, it will be your responsibility to do so.
