Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas
automobile purchase
I purchased a vehicle on 11-5-02 and attempted to return it on 11-6-02. On the evening of 11-5-02 I called to say I would be returning the vehicle on 11-6-02. Now I am getting the shaft, and have been told that my car cannot be found, (the one I traded in). Don't I have 3 days in the state of Texas?

The 3 day cooling off period does not apply to automobile purchases.
