Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas
Automobile Question
I have a 2006 Ford Explorer. There is another person on the title along with mine. He is refusing to sign a document letting me sign his name in the future to trade in the car. He will not return my phone calls. He is not in my life, and has never paid anything on the vehicle. I have made all the payments. The only reason is name is on the title is because I could receive a discount through his employer. He was my boyfriend at the time he signed so I could receive a discount through his employer. Can I take him to court over this?

Contact DPS and see if you can get a bonded title.
If not you will have to sue him.
