Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas
Bad looking furniture from big furniture chain
we purchased this table and chairs from a furniture place(big chain)....they delivered the furniture...we noticed that the ''white painted'' part of the table(legs) and all the chairs had worn out finish and smudge marks built into the finish.
They claim now its the ''antique look'' while we really think the furniture looks like its used for 20 years and not been cleaned of smudge marks. We want our money back and the furniture out of our house. What can we do? I paid by a credit card.

Re: Bad looking furniture from big furniture chain
Start with a letter CMRRR to the store telling them to pick up the furniture, which is obviously used, damaged, and not what you ordered. Then contact your credit card company, explain the problem, and tell them you want to reverse the charges. They will provide their procedure to you.
