owner and managers got involved not knowing what was going on. Police report was made and everyone went on there own way.
Tuesday-Wed-Thur-Friday went to other location on Walzem to workout no problems.
Tuesday the following week went to fitness center on Walzem with a friend to workout. 20min into workout the manager approaches me with a fax stating that I am no longer able to use facilities. Went to the Naco location(gym) to speak to manager and owner. Owner is out of town, can not give me a copy of fax or reason why. Manager said he will personaly contact me when owner gets into town. There is a membership contract involved and money is automatially bening deducted from checking account. Is there any thing I can do? What are my rights as a member?
