Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas
i bought a car from a dealer here in texas and its been thirty days since the deal...dealer still has not paid off the trade in..can i repo the tradein....the bank is calling me to m,ake payments on it..

Contact the dealer again, and demand that the tradeoff be paid within 48 hours. If it isn't, then contact dealer division of TXDOT, to file a complaint. You may have to sue the dealer if they don't resolve it, to recover any payments you make to the bank. If you make a payment to the bank, be sure they are aware, in writing, of the circumstances; and that they payment is in dispute, and to be refunded if they recover from the dealer.
