Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas
I bought a car with internet financing. The dealer signed accepted it we did all the paper work I signed gave them a down payment and left with the car. Today they call and said that the finance company was going to charge them a fee and that they no longer want to do the deal. I have all the signed paper work etc. can they do this.

CAREFULLY read all of your paperwork. It often contains provisions that make the contract dependent upon the financing. Your options are determined by the content of the contract. If you beleive that the contract contains illegal language, then it has to be determined if the illegal language can be severed from the contract, or if it voids the contract.
You may have to retain an attorney. TXDOT has an agency that governs car dealerships, and you can contact them directly with questions.
