Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas
bought a car that has been wreck now motor locked up have had about 3 months
i bought a car from a dealer wasn't told it had been wrecked in front end found out when i checked on insurance that it had 2 claims filed on the vin my motor locked up per my mechanic engine is cratered have only had 3 to 4 months is there anything legally i can do am still paying on vehicle financed where i bought the car

Speak with an attorney in your area that is familiar with the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act. Usually when you buy a used vehicle you are buying it "as is, where is" unless there's a written warranty. But the failure to disclose a material defect that's known or should be known to the dealer, takes the sale out of that category.
