Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas
I bought a floor model mattress and called to cancel prior to delivery . However , the retailer will not refund based on the invoice had" all sales final" at the bottom. The salesman did not mention this detail during the transaction closing What recourse do I have?

It sounds to me like you have bought yourself a mattress.
Why did you change your mind? Did somebody lie to you about the size? Materials? Terms of delivery? Did you get what you paid for?
