Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas
I bought a guitar from a local shop that turned out to be a fake. The shop didn't inform me of this. I paid by 2 separate card payments that both show the shop name on my records. What do I need to do in order to get my money back if they refuse me a refund? Thanks

You would sue them for breach of contract.
If you don't mind sending them a demand letter and waiting 60 days, you can sue them for deceptive trade practices.
