Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas
What can I do if I bought an item on ebay and the seller said there was an title, but the title was not given. Then I try to get a bill of sale from the seller, but they have not contacted me back after several attempts and emails to get in touch with them.

You could get a bonded title from TxDPS. You could also have a hearing to quiet title. Depending on how soon you need a title. Was this an auto?
