Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas
Bought a Jet Ski and title still has a lien against it.
I bought a jet ski with a notarized bill of sale and a certified check. The guy told me that he had a clean title and he was waiting for the bank to send it to him. I later found out that he still owed more then I bought the jet ski for. Now how can I get the title to transfer ownership of the jet ski?

Report this guy to the police. you will probably have to pay off the lien or surrender the ski.
