Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas
i bought a timeshare on saturday and would like to opt out on the 72hr rule, but the place is closed on monday and tuesday do those days still count

Written rejection can be faxed/emailed or mailed..and the date of mailing counts..as those are not legal holidays..
