Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas
well my boyfriend moved in around october,and he left july 3 and won't pick up his belongings i need to know what legal rights do i have concerning his belongings? when can i dispose of them without being held reasponsable legally?

Send him a letter CMRR and regular mail (and keep a copy) giving him 30 days to pick up his belongings, or they will be disposed of.
