Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas
Have a brand new RV and was broken into and insurance company quoted damages. It was taken to the shop and while in their position it has gotten severe water damage and molded. Now what are my legal options. They are at fault!

Contact their insurance company and file a claim. If it isn't honored, sue the shop in JP court.
