Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas
Breech of Contract?
What are my chances winning a case against a company who has drawn up 3 contracts themselves( including a contract drawn up by their lawyer). We purchased carpet from a company over a year ago for 2,000. The carpet was defected and they said they would replace it. They drew up 3 diffrent contracts with a dollar amount that was MORE than what we purchased the carpet for. We have offered several diffrent options for them to make good of the ''original contract.'' But they refuse. They insist drawing up a new contract, intern the company has put the wrong dollar amount..each time. Can we hold them to their contracts that they have created and signed? Please advise on our chances. We would like to take them back to court.
Thank you for your time,
