Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas
Bug in Food
I found a freeze dried bee/wasp in my toddlers freeze dried fruit packaged by Parent's Choice a Wal-Mart Brand. The store didn't seem to concerned about the incident. Do I have a case against them? Also, what is the time limit on filing a claim? I found the bug around Feb. '08. I still have the package of fruit and the insect.
