Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas
Bug in food
I went to a local Jack in the box, and ordered a sandwhich. Once I got the sandwhich I opened it to put some BBQ sauce in it, and to my suprise I found a live bug in the sandwhich. I took some pictures. My question is if I can take some legal action or no. -Thankyou!

Sure you can. Anyone can take legal action about anything. The difficulty may be in making it stick, and proving up damages.
Be aware, though, if the pictures have been doctored the repercussions may be both nasty and expensive.

Do you have damages? If so then you may have a law suit--remember the finger in the chili at Wendy's be sure!!!!!
