Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas
One business charged my credit card without notifying me of charges. And there are no proper terms of service on how they charge for the service. When I asked for clear terms, they updated the TOS now and they tell me it was there in TOS. What can I do?

Dispute it with the credit card company, and file a complaint the Attorney General. If the amount is enough to warrant the effort, sue them.
