Buyers refund rights!
I placed a bedset in layaway and learn after the sales said that they were on they way to delivery that the set I ordered had been discontiued. I asked for a refund and was refused I was told that I had to take a instore credit or choose from the other three bedsets he had.Do a company have the right to force you to take the product they want you to have instead of granting a refund?Do I have the right to get my money back from the company since the problem comes from the company?

If they sold you a discontinued set that they couldn't deliver, you should get your money back.
