Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas
Buyers Remorse
I bought a used Ford F150 used with the understanding of the transmission being bad and a oil which I accepted as is. After having a mechnic take a look at the truck we found that the engine is no good it's sending oil from the motor to the oil filter. Bad motor rings. Since talking to the owner he's offered to look for a motor and have me to look for one as well, and want's me to pay for the labor? I bought this truck 1/25/06 and I've been trying to get something done since 2/07/06

Re: Buyers Remorse
I didn't see a question there. You bought it "as is"; so, that's the way it is. Sorry.
