Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas
Buyers Remorse period
Just to know who is lying to me, is there a 24 hour buyers remorse period after purchasing a new vehicle, even though i signed the contract, I was never given a copy of it. I was told the papers werent ready yet, even the day after buying the car.

Re: Buyers Remorse period
There isn't any "buyer's remorse" period on a contract to purchase a vehicle. You should have received a copy of the signed contract before you left the dealership.
Home solicitation sales, and some timeshare sales, have a 72-hour 'cooling-off period', formally known as Reg. Z notice, and that's clearly stated in the contract.
