Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas
Buyers Rights
Some states used to have what they called buyers remorse laws. Do these still exist and if so how long does a person have to return purchased goods. One of the questions on your list asked about a seventy two hour limit. This used to be true but the answer given said that this didn't exist. Is buyers remorse an imaginary concept?

Re: Buyers Rights
In Texas, on certain real estate transactions there is a three day period to change your mind. There is a similar law for door to door sales.
