buying cigarettes online
cigarette taxes went up $1.25 in texas. i can order cheap smokes from native americans in new york state. am i breaking any laws and is there a tax fee from goverenment or state at end of year?

Only if they catch you. Then the taxes for your personal smokes are due.
If you engage in buying quantities for resale here, you will face criminal charges, both state and federal.
