Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas
I've tried to cancel my webhosting account 3 times.
I purchased a web domain name and web hosting service about 2 years ago. The service was fine, however I have recently tried to cancel the service 3 times in the last 40 days. The company never answers there phone, returns emails or voice messages. I am in Texas and the are in California. What can I do? They have my billing info and I would like to have it canceled.

Have you thought of transferring the hosting and service to another company and then cancelling it from the new company (if you decide to cancel)?
