Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas
Cancelling a Purchase Contract
My mother-in-law is in the process of purchasing a new vehicle. Is it true, that in Texas, you can cancel a contract within three days of purchase, if you decide that you do not want the car? I heard that this was implemented to protect consumers from high pressure sales tactics.

Re: Cancelling a Purchase Contract
It only applies to door to door type sales. It does not apply to the sales of automobiles.
