Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas
Car bought from a dealership, found out it was in an accident after.
I bought a car from a dealership awhile back and then recently went to trade it in. I found out that it had been in an accident prior to it being sold to me and this was not disclosed to me at the dealership. Now instead of being worth 10500 for trade in the car is only worth 6000. The dealer I bought it from said they would give me 10500 for it if I bought a car there, but they don't really have a car I want and I would like to know what all of my options are.

you may have a right to damages..attorney fees etc..if you hire the right attorney but it will be long and traumatic...ask the dealer to just buy the car back for $10,,500....or go to a lawyer..good luck
