used car
i bought a used car just 2 weeks ago ''AS IS'' . purchased entended warranty. My car has been acting up making noises. Last week they said they fixed the problem and would pay half. Well i had the car for two days notice the problem again. Can i get my money back?

You can't get your money back.
They have to repair it under your extended warranty, if the problem is covered under the warranty.
Read your warranty carefully, so you know how to make a claim under the warranty. Some dealerships will honor them.
