A car buying disatster

I purchased a 2007 avalon last month from a dealership The man that sold me the car said that I needed to put $350.00 for the tax title and lisence on the car. we sat down with the same man who stated that my intrest would be very low and everything including price of 22,856 (the man stated that they will mail the paperwork to me but i got a letter from the carlot stating thank you for purchasing a 35,000 dollar car from I brought the car abck the next day and demanded my money back which was about a week to two weeks after I brought the car. I told them that I wnted my 350.00 back that I paid and they can have the car the manager said what money And i showed him the money order receipt for the money that I paid and he was shocked. she looked at my paper work and he said that the rep that sold the car never gave any money to them. The stated that they called a few days later to thank us leting them know about the man that he had been working there for 5 years and they have called people as far back a 2 years and he has taken money from them too. they returned my money, now I have to pay to have the car inspected the rep told me that was included in the 350.00 I am really feelling uneasy about this car what are my options.

From what you have stated, this might be a bad deal. There is a law here in Texas called DTPA and deals with deceptive trade practices. You should contact an attorney to discuss any possible actions.
