Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas
New Car Contract
I recently signed a new car purchase loan but have not yet taken delivery on the vehicle, I now cannot afford the deal. I have not taken delivery of the car, what are my options.

You are on the hook for it. If you refuse the car, they'll sell it at auction and go after you for the deficiency between what you owe on the note less what they got for the sale of the car at auction, less their costs.
