car dealership selling car without clear title
is it legal to sell a car in texas without the dealership having a clear title to the car. this happend to me on 11/23/07 and i have not received paper work to get a license plate.what recourse do i have? i live in MS.

It is a criminal violation. See the police in the town where you bought the car. Good Luck.
