Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas
new car
I entered in a contract for a new car with a dealer and the mileage was not right. dealer listed miles as 2925 and there was 3822. the dealer also said it was new but the contract list the car as used. can i break the contract.

If the seller misrepresented what he/she was selling to you then you may have grounds to cancel the contract. What rights you have in this type of case depend largely on the circumstances surrounding the sale and the terms of the contract. You should discuss your options with a lawyer as soon as possible because time will a factor.
