Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas
car fraud?
I purchased a truck in Dec. 08. I traded a car in on that truck. The dealership never payed off the trade & now they are closed. The finance co. which owns the car told me I'm responsible for the pymt. They also rolled over several thousand $$. Should I get a lawyer or wait for them to go bancrupt?
