Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas
Car
Me and and my husband bought a jeep patriot from a Suzuki dealer ship. We feel thta we got ripped off, to paying 339 mnth for 72 months.
And now its making weird sounds and the told us it had good gas mileage but it doesnt, so we called and asked if we could trade it in for a different car. But they said we would have to put a bigger dp on it.
She also told us that there NOT a private dealer ship so we cant get our money back. Is that TRUE?

Re: Car
What leads you to believe that you got ripped off? Did the terms of the contract change after you signed it?
If it is under warranty, take it in for repairs. If it continues, and qualifies as a 'lemon' you may have recourse.
Am not sure what you mean by not a private dealership, but a car dealership is not required to refund money because you changed your mind.
