Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas
Car Insurance
I purchased a car at a tote the note lot. I drove the car off the lot with full coverage and was paying my car note until my cousin who rec'd her car at the same place had a car accident and didn't pay her car note. Now the owner of the lot will not take a payment from me until I get full coverage. Can he do this?
