Take over Car Lease
I am planning to take over a car lease for the next 11 months. The owner will transfer the title to me and I will take over the lease payments. What are the things I should be aware of. How do I avoid fraud issue

Do you have the permission of the leasing co. to take over the lease? How is the "owner" going to transfer title to you when he does not OWN the vehicle. Your getting into something that is going to cost you.
