Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas

Car Loan

I recently bought a car for the asking price of $9,988. I signed all the paper work and took the car home, but I did not take the paper work with me because the financing guy said he wasnt finished closing the deal but not to worry because I had been approved it was just a matter of working out my monthly payment. By the way Im 21 years old and this was my first car that I bought all by myself and Im sure they could see that coming from a mile away but anyway I received my paper work in the mail about two weeks later and they changed the price from $9,988 to $11988 two thousand dollars more! I already signed the paper work and I was wondering if there is anything I can do?

Re: Car Loan

Hopefully you got a "copy" of what was signed...if not, you may have signed for $2000 more...and have to prove you did not..but if you have proof ..they forged the change and you would have a good case.....take it to a lawyer..or call us..IF you have proof of anything.
