car mechanic
can you fight now warranty of engine and labor on receipt. i signed a receipt of service stating that i understood there was no warranty on the work and engine her said he did and changed. i don't he changed the engine on the car. it was still making the same sound it was making when i gave it to him. so i stop payment on the card.

A stop payment could lead to a lien and repo of your car; and potentially a theft charge. Your proper avenue of dispute is to sue the mechanic.
