new car options?

MY wife and I purchased a new truck on 3/30/04,went to dealership traded in old car added down payment and signed contract in finance office that had finance info on it,loan company,payment amount % rate and due date all info printed out on a contract.10 days later they call and said they made a mistake and my payment will be $75.00 per month and I dont want to pay that much. The dealership has paid off and sold my trade and cashed my down payment,do I have opptions? can I be held responsible if I give truck back?

You can, and will, be held to your contract. You'll really be hit hard if you bring the truck back.

Contact the consumer fraud division of the state's Attorney General's office. This is a scam known in the trade as "Dehorsing".
