Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas
used car purchase
I bought a used car 3 weeks ago from a Toyota dealer and asked if it was a 6 cylinder. I had mentioned 4 to 5 times while we were looking that I only wanted to buy a 6 cylinder. The sales person checked with someone else and assured me it was. I just found out when I went to refinance that it is a 4 cylinder. I meet with Toyato today and would like them to give me my money back so I can find a V6. Is that reasonable?
