Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas
car purchase
I purchased an old car (1993)for my daughter from a car dealer,i paid 1500 cash for the car, I did not drive car off of the lot an was going to get it later , in the meantime I decided i did not want that car and rather buy something more dependable at a later date perhaps., within an hour or purchase I went back to the dealership and ask for my money back and He keep possesion of the car.(i had not picked it up yet ,only paid for it.) He said it would be impossible since He had sent the title off to be transferred as soon as i left ,and cannot return my money. ... now my question is ,is this true? or do i have a buyers remorse kind of option to get out from under this purchase. thank-you for your answer

Re: car purchase
You own that car. You need to go get it.
