Used car purchase
My purchased a car from a used car dealership he was not informed at the time of purchase that the car had been in a major accident and do not have a clear title. what rights do he have?

A dealer is required by law to produce a clear title transfer within twenty working days. If the dealer will not produce the title, return your money (and take the car back);contact the Department of Transporation and file a complaint.
