Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas

So my car has been in a repair shop since march because they did unauthorized work on it. Now when I get a letter for a lein on my car I figure I might be able to pay for the work but then will sue to get my money back until she tells me I owe her another 1000 dollars for storage fee and I one do not have that much money and two refuse to pay for any of it because I never signed or said go ahead and fix it. So I am wondering if I take her to court will I still have to pay for the work or will I win and get my car back without paying for anything. I have 30 days until they have my car so I need answers quickly. Thank you.

You have waited a long time to file suit. After the trial, the judge will answer your questions -- it all depends on who wins and who loses. You need to get the suit filed and resolved, before you lose your car and still owe the money.
