Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas
Car reposession
I can't pay my car payments. I told the company, Drive, Financial, to pick up the car. It has been several months. Each time they call I tell them the same thing. Then the calls stopped coming. (I guess this is a process they go through). Anyway, I won't be able to pay the balance either after they sell the car. Should I go through bankrutpcy to protect myself from this company?

Re: Car reposession
You can do it when they sue you or after they take a judgment. Make 'em do the work.
